　　中新网北京4月26日电 (记者 孙自法)2024年4月26日是第24个“世界知识产权日”，国家知识产权局当天连续第19年举办开放日活动。国家知识产权局局长申长雨出席活动并致辞表示，希望社会各界积极参与支持知识产权事业发展，为加快建设知识产权强国、推进中国式现代化贡献更多知识产权力量。

　　申长雨介绍国家知识产权局基本情况时指出，2023年对知识产权事业而言是非同寻常的一年，新一轮知识产权机构改革将国家知识产权局调整为国务院直属机构；国家知识产权强国建设工作部际联席会议制度获得批准设立，审议通过知识产权领域多个重要文件，打出了一套知识产权领域的“组合拳”。

　　他说，成功举办两场中国与世界知识产权组织合作五十周年纪念主场活动，有力密切了双方的合作关系。同时，知识产权审查质量效率持续提升，保护工作更加有力，转化运用加速推进，国际合作不断深化，各项业务都取得明显进展。其中，在知识产权转化运用方面，中国专利密集型产业增加值已经达到15.3万亿元人民币，占GDP比重增至12.7%。

　　当天的开放日活动由国家知识产权局副局长胡文辉主持，该局有关部门分别发布2023年度知识产权行政保护典型案例、专利复审无效十大案件和商标异议、评审典型案例；全国14个开放日分会场进行视频连线展示。北京协和医院党委书记吴沛新作为嘉宾代表发言认为，没有知识产权的强国，就不会有科技创新的强国。

　　2024年“世界知识产权日”的主题是“知识产权和可持续发展目标：立足创新创造，构建共同未来”。据了解，国家知识产权局开放日活动期间，参加活动的代表们分别参观“2023知识产权事业新进展新成就展”、知识产权文化展厅、知识产权受理大厅、行政裁决庭和审查部门，并进行互动交流。此外，14个分会场也推出各具特色、丰富多彩的活动。(完)
